Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Policy for FinVisio, Inc. Effective Date: February 14, 2025

FinVisio, Inc. is committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where all employees, clients, and partners feel valued, respected, and empowered to succeed. We believe that a diverse workforce strengthens our organization, enhances innovation, and enables us to better serve our diverse client base. I. Core Principles:

FinVisio's DEI policy is grounded in the following core principles:

II. Commitments:

FinVisio, Inc. is committed to:

  • Recruitment and Hiring: We will actively seek out and recruit diverse talent, ensuring that our hiring processes are fair and unbiased. We will strive to create diverse candidate pools and interview panels.

III. Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: FinVisio's leadership team is responsible for championing DEI initiatives, setting measurable goals, and holding the organization accountable for progress.

  • Managers: Managers are responsible for creating inclusive teams, fostering open communication, and ensuring that all employees are treated fairly and equitably.

  • Employees: All employees are responsible for upholding this policy, treating each other with respect, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

IV. Reporting and Accountability:

FinVisio will establish mechanisms for reporting DEI-related concerns and tracking progress towards our goals. We will regularly review and update this policy to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with best practices. We will also track key metrics related to diversity representation, equity in compensation and promotions, and employee engagement to measure our progress and identify areas for improvement.

V. Non-Retaliation:

FinVisio strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports discrimination, harassment, or any other DEI-related concern.

VI. Policy Dissemination and Review:

This policy will be communicated to all employees upon hire and will be readily accessible on the company intranet. It will be reviewed and updated annually or as needed to ensure its continued relevance and effectiveness.

This DEI policy is a living document that reflects FinVisio's ongoing commitment to building a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive organization.
