Reporting Procedures:

Any employee who believes they have experienced or witnessed discrimination or harassment is encouraged to report it immediately. All reports will be treated with confidentiality and investigated promptly and thoroughly. Retaliation against anyone who reports discrimination or harassment is strictly prohibited.

Consequences of Violations:

Violations of this policy will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

Policy Dissemination and Training:

This policy will be communicated to all employees upon hire and will be regularly reviewed and updated. FinVisio, Inc. will provide training to all employees on this policy and on preventing discrimination and harassment in the workplace.

Responsibilities:

All employees are responsible for upholding this policy and contributing to a respectful and inclusive workplace. Managers and supervisors have a special responsibility to ensure that this policy is enforced and that all employees are treated fairly and equitably.

Review and Amendment:

This policy will be reviewed and amended periodically to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
